The All New Toyota Fortuner and Fortuner Legender

Toyota just launched the all new 2021 Fortuner and Fortuner Legender, so let me walk you through everything you need to know about this car,


Exterior



Being the long awaited facelift update of the Fortuner, this one ressembles the previous model, however there are lots of routine upgrades. The headlights, taillights, alloys  and front grille are given a slightly different design. The Legender however looks more stylish and aggressive with a fresh design for the headlamp cluster, taillights and 18 inch alloys. The Fortuner is being offered in 8 different exterior colors whereas the Legender is available in pearl white exterior. So basically the Fortuner Legender is a sportier version of the Fortuner.

Interior


The interior is offered in 2 different colors, black and chamois whereas for the Legender the interior is a dual-tone black and maroon interior, with super-suction based seat ventilation system.

Moreover there is a new 8 inch infotainment system with Apple Car Play and Andriod Auto Connect, JBL sound system and apart from these wireless charging and gets a powered tailgate with kick sensor are available in the Legender.


Power



In terms of performance the Fortuner offers 2 different engines, a 2694cc petrol engine which produces 164 bhp and 245 Nm of torque and a 2755cc diesel engine which produces 201bhp and 420 Nm of torque. These are available in a 6 speed manual and automatic transmission, however the Legender is only available with a 6 speed Automatic Diesel Engine.


Price



The Fortuner starts at 34.75 Lakhs(on-road Delhi) and the Legender is priced at 44.38 Lakhs.
